Our team includes four U.S. Patent & Trademark Office-registered patent attorneys and is led by Chris Holland, who has nearly three decades of experience successfully litigating multi-million dollar lawsuits against some of the largest national and international firms. Both Lori and Chris Holland have backgrounds as practicing engineers, which allow them to communicate with personnel and address technical issues in ways that many lawyers cannot. Likewise, Patience Ren brought years of experience to Holland Law from her time at two of the largest law firms in the country, as well as her Stanford PHD in Cell Biology and her Magna Cum Laude finish at the University of California – Hastings College of the Law. Clark Waldon adds his biochemistry background and significant litigation experience to round out a team whose credentials and skills can stand up to those at far larger firms.
